    "I engaged AW Builders during late 2017, he provided a fixed fee quotation for the house and a charge up contract for the earthworks component. AW Builders DID NOT honour the quotation, they also contravened the consented methodology and disposed of all the excavated earth instead of using it as fill, they claimed that the Geotech report showed that the earth was not useable, it was established that the Director/Owner of AW Builders had lied to us. We paid for over 300 trucks of earth to be… unnecessarily removed from site. The earthworks was done from 2nd Nov until 10th Nov, AW Builders sent me a quotation for the earthworks dated 27th Oct 2017 but sent it on 11th Nov 2017, this is fraudulent behaviour. AW Builders constructed the house in the wrong location, they failed to use a surveyor to mark the house out and made a mistake as they did it themselves. The list goes on, we cancelled their contract at ready for roof stage, they offered me a $60,000 refund and I rejected it as they owed me a lot more than that amount, to date I have not received any refund and am awaiting a settlement to be paid. The matter is in the high court."
