    "We used David for a renovation on our 1920's home, this involved addition of an extra living area, moving of walls to create and open place space in our existing kitchen/dining and modifying our current entrance to our house. Being an older house with no records of boundaries, drainage etc David was excellent at advising and organising what additional information we would need to get for the council, he co-ordinated engineers and drainage people to complete work needed to be done before… consent could be given, having not dealt with the council before David's knowledge and advice was invaluable to us. We had a good idea of how we wanted the renovation to look and David did a great job of making sure we got what we wanted, being a character area we had some limitations but these were overcome with a bit of tweaking and a great result. We would not hesitate in recommending David to anyone needing any designs or building work done."

    "David drew up some plans for us for a bathroom renovation. He was professional and prompt. Our plans were submitted to council without any issues. The materials used on our 1970's home exterior couldn't be matched, but David went the extra mile to show us a variety of options. We were very happy with the results."

    "David offered a great service in helping me design and specify my house renovations. He did some great 3D designs which helped me visualise how the two planned extensions would look. And was happy to incorporate other ideas from me as we went along. Getting the detailed plans to the point of council submission was pain-free.
