  "Dreadfully unreliable and I ended up doing the job myself until after midnight on the day before my tenants were to move in. The painters were given 3 weeks to do the job and just kept lying about when they would be there to do it.

  In the end, I said I wasn't paying for one of the jobs because they left it half done and not according to the quote. Then the owner of the business entered my house after I told him not to go there ever again, and stole my house keys from the place he knew I… had put them.
  
  I reported it to head office and he didn't end up chasing me for the money. It was a terrible ordeal."

  "I never made it past the quoting stage. They didn't want to come to my place to give me a quote because they said they didn't want to deal with the traffic at that time of day between Ellerslie and Manukau."

  "North Shore Auckland Branch - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Painters are not Registered Master Painters. Were unable to speak English and painted one room the wrong colour even though very clear written and verbal instrcutions were given to the Manager. Painters did not prep surfaces properly and paint is now coming off. Refused to use masking tape on feature wall and left a wobbly line. Got paint all over aluminium window frames and door frames and refused to clean it off. Several walls had long… visible drips down them. Job was not \'finished\' until two weeks after agreed date and I was just happy to get them out of the house. I then spent an entire week fixing up behind them. Weren\'t the cheapest quote we received either."
