    "John Sugrue managed a sizeable earthquake repair job on our property, involving re-leveling of the house, repair of foundations, walls, windows etc. He coordinated the work of about 10 sub-contractors and communicated appropriately with EQC, the home owner, and the tenant, at every stage of the work. He is a good project manager and a skilled builder. In every respect he met my expectations and, on occasions, exceeded them. The best builder I have come across.
