I made the first appointment over the phone to get a brake check for my car.
I brought my car in the next day and while I was there I wanted to make an appointment to get a service done. The guy said it?d be better of they did my brakes at the same time as the service and we made an appointment for Monday 9am.

When I went to drop my car off on Monday at 9am, there was nobody there. The shop wasn?t open at all. I waited 30mins and left a note on the door with… my name and number, explaining that we had agreed on a time for a car service but nobody was there.

The next evening, since nobody had called me yet, I rang them. They offered no explanation to why nobody had been there. I made a new appointment but this time I needed a courtesy car to get to work. At 8:30am on the morning for my new appointment, I turned up to find the courtesy car wasn?t available until lunchtime. This was absolutely useless to me because I was on my way to work. It was so frustrating that they didn?t even call me ? when I had explicitly said that I needed the courtesy car to get to work.

They guys have mucked me around too many times.

I have been to their workshop 3 times now ? each an agreed time for work to be done on my car ? and each time they have failed me as a customer. I?m now going somewhere for my service.
