    "This company was hired by our body corporate and they worked in our neighborhood for a little over 6 months, contracted to put up and take down scaffolding for a repainting job of all the townhouses in the area. During this time here they damaged multiple properties and showed utter disregard to the belongings of all residents, including parked vehicles, landscaping, outdoor furniture, etc. They used the porches as break rooms and the driveways of the residents without permission.
    They were… also very slow to put up and remove the scaffolding, resulting in a massive backlog for the painters, which had to wait to complete each set of townhouses.

    During the set up and dismantling of the scaffolding around our home they: dropped a 10 metre ladder, which crushed plants in my front garden; shattered a very large outdoor pot containing a mature lemon tree; broke a young mandarin tree off at ground level; threw hundreds of 1kg steel scaffolding attachments into our yard from the neighbours, resulting in damage to pavers, lawn and landscaping; and dropped steel poles and scaffolding boards into our yard, resulting in damage to our lawn and gouging to our decking.    "
