    The only way for customers to find out is to call their call center and it is always the customer fault and the only way they will help you is if you carry your garden bag (with no wheels) outside so it is easier for them to take away. (Don’t use their extra $$ service cost to collection from inside your property it only sometimes gets collected depending if you are lucky)

    "The worst service ever with this company, everytime I order an extra collection it never happens, then when I query it I get told it will be done today or tomorrow, dont know what week they are talking about, been 10 days now and its still sitting there. Three emails later, sick of this useless company. Stay away from them if your are considering a garden bag collector.

    "Sunshine bags has the lowest satisfaction rating of any company I have ever seen. They are unreliable, have too few call centre staff (meaning at least a 20 minute wait to talk to anyone) - probably because everyone is complaining about their non collections. They blame different parts of their company for the non performance. DO NOT SIGN UP with this company if you have any other option available. "

    "After 9 years with this company I have finally reached the point where I am giving up. Absolutely pathetic call centre (after long waits), ridiculous arguments about why they didn't pick up the bag, inability to read their own invoices, secrecy about the name of the manager and failure to provide email address for (hopefully) intelligent exchange. "

    "Literally the worse service ever. Bin has been sitting on the kerb for the last week with three separate promises from Sunshine Bin that it would be emptied. Still no sign of driver despite an 'urgent note' being left on the account for pick up. Incredible! "

    "Terrible service. Call centre staff friendly enough, but never keep to their promises. After a year of trying to use them I won't have anything more to do with them. Don't turn up when they say they will, and won't refund money or offer credits for their failure to honour their part of the bargain. Take my advice, save yourself some grief and don't use them."

    "Awful service - paid for bag collection on 3rd April. Collection scheduled for 14th April (Regular service)
    Didn't happen.
    Have now called 6 times and been promised return calls emails etc, some of which did not happen. When they did call back as promised I have now had three promises of Pick ups that have not happened and today was told yet again, that pick up would be this Friday or saturday., which is what they've said the last two weeks.
    The various operators I have talked to have claimed

    1. They are not allowed to phone their dispatchers, only email them (that's nuts)

    2. They have no trucks or drivers available to pick up my bag earlier than the end of the week. This company is part of the Waste management group for goodness sake. They would have a fleet of probably hundreds of trucks. Fact is that they don't care.

    3. They wont refund my money.

    OK so were only talking about a $20 dollar bag of twigs and branches, but they have my money and have failed to provide the service they offered and their customer service has been abysmal.

    "We are moving house and had prepaid for a 3 bag final pickup the week before moving. The bag and frame pickup did not happen on the agreed date and since then, three phone calls and endless excuses and promises to get the bags picked up within 48 hours or to get teamleaders to call back have not happened. It is now moving day and still nothing. Totally unprofessional and despite now being part of waste management, no dates or any idea of when the new owners will have the bags removed. Not only that, the prepaid money for the non-existant service will not be refunded. Don't use them or any waste management services unless you want endless excuses and no action."

    "What a bunch of cowboys. Ordered and paid for a bin online ..had to ring them to find out why it wasnt delivered only to find they actually do not have that bin available. What a waste of time organising people to come help tidy up. How about updating your website or phoning your customers to update them. Always had problems with this company...used to do my garden bags through them but found they never picked it up. Definitely time wasters! "

    "The customer service lady Tracy is the most unprofessional person i have ever dealt with. She was rude and called me a liar claiming i scheduled a bin drop off when i knew i was going to be away and therefore scheduled it for when i would be back. I have thankfully only prepaid for 4 pickups at 21 dollars so no major outlay in finances, but i would say that they are not even worth this much. Do yourself a favour, save yourself incompetence"

    "bloody useless, after purchasing another house I was told by the previous owner that the full garden bag would be collected by sunshine as there was one more pick-up left on the account. after the due date I telephoned and was given a collection date,this did not happen nor did the next 2 two, finally I dragged the bag onto the street and contacted sunshine and told them the bag was not my responsibility and that they had not fulfilled there paid contract with the previous customer and that the bag was now on the footpath waiting for them,a month later it was collected . I was contacted by them and after a lot of excuses and promises was suckered into a 3 month contract.the first pickup was on schedule the second was 3 weeks late and that was after a phone call at 2 weeks overdue and then an email and to make it even worse the promised unscheduled pickup also did not happen on the date I had also logged on to my account and found that they had already taken the credit off my account for a service that had not yet happened.. I called and asked that the next and final pickup be put back one month as the next scheduled pickup was only one week later .I was told very sternly that they do not do that. doesn't matter though as the next one will probably also be weeks late and give me more time to fill it. I also have 2 flexibins on my property ready for pick-up but after learning that they are run by the same company there is no way in hell I will be giving them any more of my money, I would sooner unload them onto a trailer and do multiple trips to the refuse station"

    "Over the past 7 months I have had to call Sunshine bags every month as they have failed to pick up my Garden Bin. I have heard every excuse from the bin is to heavy (1/4 full with grass clippings) to There was soil in the bin (when the bin had two leaves in it). The funny thing is I have been home the past 5 pick ups and no one ever came down the drive to assess which is amusing. After Sunshine arranged for an alternative pick up the bin was picked up with no excuses.The last time I called the contact centre the lady informed me that she would Nanny the account to make sure the pick ups happen. I received a call 2 weeks later informing me that the truck had broken down however pick up would happen the following day. Now waiting for another week I called to find out what was happening and was informed that the driver doesn\'t like my driveway (so much for the nanny account) and wants me to place the bin kerbside even though I have paid for the property pick up. If I lied as much as what this driver/company does at my employment I wouldn\'t have a job any more. I would warn anybody who actually needs a garden bin for garden waste to use any other company as these guys are pure cowboys. Oh and the apparent Team Leader at the call centre has as much gumption/expertise and managerial skills as the hose pipe on my lawn."
