"Our 30+ year old hot water cylinder stopped working last week. William came diagnosed the problem, replaced house fuses (which were from 1996, I should have got this done years ago), and resurrected the water.
He also made recommendations about replacing it in the next 12 months. He was awesome to deal with, super healpful and patient with my questions.
