  "We had some timing issues and cancelled install days due I believe to staffing issues as a result of COVID-19 also the weather didn't help. But communication throughout was really good and installation finally went ahead and was done professionally. Also the skylight has a larger glass area than the old Velux which it replaced so allows more light in. Very happy."
