"Waste of time and money on these guys, they are to casual promises made then can't deliver had to get a handbrake fixed 3 times like I don't have better things to do..then fixed a leak on our truck, then the truck started leaking again, went and told them and he blamed the truck for being to old and suggested we get rid of it, no mention of a refund ****s seriously over them, booked for a warrant sat there for an hour while the dude chatted with his mate got up and left never again mate"

"What a wonderful couple owning this business. My elderly husband and I took our car in for WOF repairs and the lovely owner delivered us home in the awful cold wet weather. When the repairs where finished the delivered the car back and even parked and locked it up safely in our garage. My husband and I didn't have to venture out in the cold.
We have never had such wonderful service before where people have gone that far out if their way for us.
My husband and I can't thank the team enough… for the great job and service received.

Will definitely recommend to others."

"Coming from a family of mechanics, i dropped my car off knowing i had a split in my radiator, took it in to the guys at Beachaven motors expecting to be taken for a ride, as all mechanics do with female owners.However, to my surprise they picked up the fault straight away and had my Thermostat and Radiator both replaced within 2 days...!! And there were No hidden costs or extras added. Thank You Beachaven motors, its good to know there are still some honest and reliable mechanics out there. I… will definitely be bringing my car back in the future."

"Took my car for a service
Imagine my surprise when I then see my car being driven in the local area dropping of a couple of girls. I followed my car pulled up and said hey mate that\'s my car his reply yeah we did a service I\'m am just dropping off these 2.
When we picked up the car the woman said oh yeah he got your car mixed up with the pool car. Load of crap do not use these guys"

"Went to have a CV joint replaced, and was told that the other side needed the boot replaced also, so had the work done, and paid a lot of money for it. Had to take the car back as the back plate was rubbing. Then the car started making the loud clicking noise again. The owner blamed the parts company. I took the car to the parts company who were excellent, and identified the problem The mechanic had not used the equipment supplied with the CV boot replacement, but had used plastic cables.… These did not hold the grease in, so the CV joint was beyond repair. They had also failed to do this on the new CV joint too, so it would have been wrecked very quickly too. So another new CV joint, and then I discovered that I had also been grossly overcharged for labour and parts too.

I am trying to get my money back, and intend to take this to the Disputes Tribunal if I am not refunded the entire amount.
