"Busy Bee Services LtD sent us a invoice of $2500 after "cleaning" our rental property. I wish there were a portal to upload the photos taken after they had "cleaned" it. They were to clean indoors and outdoors. Indoors the ceilings were not even touched and amount of rubbish they left behind in the yard was unbelievable. It included items such as a broken computer chair and umbrella frame, a baby bath, plastic plant containers etc. A lot of rubbish was left scattered on… the lawn. They demanded to be paid immediately. The excessive charge for unsatisfactory services delivered is disgraceful."

"Asked for a solid domestic oven clean of my Taupo rental. Busy Bees came and did a great job but left without putting the seal back on door glass. It fell out and smashed. Franchisor Tony completely refused to fix giving excuse after excuse. Simply cannot recommend Busy Bees cleaning services franchised out of Auckland. "

"Very friendly, great customer service online and on 0800 and very honest. Prices were fair until cleaners arrived and decided to quote higher price for same amount of hours. Worked out at $52ph and had too many cleaners at job. Demanded cash payment only as no other way of payment. Clean was ok feel like I was taken advantage of slightly."

"What a great service. Did an online quote, which was confirmed and booked in quickly and efficiently. The cleaners arrived at the agreed day and time. I did a quick walk through with them and left them to it. We were a bit concerned leaving strangers in our house but they called us before they finished so we were able to check everything before they left. We are thrilled and impressed with the clean. The bathrooms sparkle, the oven has never looked so clean and they got into corners and… cleaned windows and tracks the list goes on. We have told all our friends about them and highly recommend them."

"Unfortunately I had a similar experience to the reviewer below, using a different franchisee in a different area. I requested a full end of tenancy house and carpet clean and discussed what my requirements were with the cleaner when he arrived at the property and confirmed what the time frame and rate would be for such a clean. When I returned to the property after the cleaners had left, it was immediately apparent that the cleaning had not been completed, and despite me asking the cleaner at… the start of the day, a majority of the walls, skirtings, doors, and light shades had not been touched at all, which was evident by the dust still on the surfaces. I contacted the cleaner who advised he would return to remedy the cleaning, but upon arriving they only did a brisk clean spot clean rather than a full clean. After the cleaners broke a smoke alarm, I asked the cleaners to leave and finished the cleaning myself. The carpet cleaning was also average quality, and did not even remove indents in the carpet from where the couches / beds etc were on the carpet. When I contacted the company to advise that I was not happy with my experience, I was told that it was my fault for not allowing the cleaners to finish cleaning the uncleaned areas on their return visit to the property, and that the cleaner had informed them the house was in better condition than prior to the clean so they wouldn't do anything further. Overall I found their attitude was dismissive and defensive - quite different from the promises of customer satisfaction on their website. I was very disappointed by the experience and would unfortunately never be able to recommend their company to anyone else."

"Requested full house clean which was allocated in 2 5 hour blocks. Cleaning was not satisfactory, window ledges behind curtains not cleaned, xpelair not cleaned at all, had to call cleaners back as they were leaving to do this. Oven not cleaned properly. Complained to company and cleaners resent out things cleaned again but still not a good job at all. Very disappointing given there website ad."
