    "Had leaking tap in kitchen.
    Turned up for all of 15 minutes, charged 1 hour labour plus travel on top for temporary repair.
    I purchased new replacement mixer made appointment...DID NOT TURN UP.
    Made a second appointment weeks later....DID NOT TURN UP.
    This was over the space of a month..no follow up call, apology or anything.

    Both times I finish work early to get home..Rubbish communication and they have the AUDACITY to send me a bill for this crap.
    AVOID USING THESE UNRELIABLE… COMPANY!!

    See similar comment same rubbish service..told my fellow tradesmen to avoid this company and other online forums

    "I wish to say how very disappointed I am in the level of service provided by this company. They came to repair a leaking pipe but did not manage to fix it. When I noticed the pipe was still leaking I rang to ask if they would come and relook at it. I rang on a Thursday and was told that as it was raining they could not come till the following Monday. They did not arrive that Monday or notify us they would be unable to come. I rang back the following Friday and was told they would… come"next week". When I asked if this could be Monday, Warren said he could give "no guarantee". When I queried this I was told to get someone else!!!"
