The technician was fully equipped with all the necessary parts and tools, ( unlike what some other quotes suggested ) ...got quickly to work and displayed knowledge and skill. After replacing the rollers he spent time it to ensure it ran better the ever.
  He quoted less than several others and on completion the cost was under quote.Friendly and helpfull. .

  "I am used to tradies turning up to look at a job and then disappearing for an hour or so to pick up what they need. Not these guys. Despite needing a range of parts, they had everything with them in their well equipped van and got straight into the jobs, and the end result is great. Couldn't be happier."

  "First class service from start to finish. They came to do a quote within a couple of days of me leaving a message on the website and I received the quote within a day. The job was then scheduled. I got a confirmation text the day before the work was scheduled and Omeed arrived on time on the day. I had a number of windows with different problems in my 50 year old house. Some catches had broken off, the stays were detaching on a number of others, and some windows didn't fit well due to… Securilocks which were installed poorly by another company many years ago. He explained the options and the advantages and disadvantages and made recommendations that suited each window. In some cases they were simpler and cheaper options than previously thought. Excellent service and highly recommended."

  "North Shore - Taka area. I wouldn't bother with this business, no quotes been given to us despite the visit nearly 3 weeks ago. Also, no correspondence from them despite us calling 3 times. If you're in need of someone responsible to do a job or give you a quote, I'd highly recommend you go elsewhere."

  "Used the West Auckland franchise. Totally unprofessional - Was over 30 minutes late and showed up with music blaring from his work vehicle that he didn't turn off and thought that shouting over the music was appropriate. Didn't apologise for being late. Kept referring to me as "Love" or "darling". Was quite obviously out of his depth working on my window latches, had to wonder if he had done this sort of work before or was just preoccupied with getting it done so he could go… to the pub after work on Friday. Left a mess behind and then drove over the wet lawn tearing it up. Use at your peril...."

  "I need to sing the praises of the West Auckland branch. Our front sliding glass door has been *sticky* for the past few months. A dent had appeared in the track and no amount of cleaning made the door slide better. Over the weekend, we tried to adjust the rollers on the bottom and found a) a lovely decorative rock under the door in the track and b) that the metal frame holding the wheels on completely fell to bits when you touched it. For 2 days we've had to lift or scrape the door open and… closed. UGH! Ben from Exceed fixed it (better than I've ever known it to be) in about an hour and a half. He kept me in the loop with what he was doing and why. And, I didn't get charged an arm & a leg. Hallelujah!"

  "Absolutely terrible communication, reliability abysmal. 10 weeks and I still don't have a door seal. Every week when I call up they respond with "oh I know why your calling, i'll be there in a day or two" another week goes by and I call again.
  When you call up to complain they don't want to listen to your story and come up with a raft of excuses and try and pin the blame for a 10 week delay on you!
  Would certainly not recommend."

  "Had difficulty making contact with the local representative, however when I did, he was pleasant and easy to deal with, and seemed very efficient, giving me an exact price over the phone. I was given the name of the tradesperson who would arrive to do the job the following day but......... no phone calls and no-one arrived. Ended up repairing the window myself."

  "This is the first time a tradesman arrived totally on time and I was blown away. David was amazing, he talked me through everything he was going to do and was able to do everything right then and there so I didn't have to try and take more time off. He fixed all the windows in my apartment, replaced hardware on 3 and even fixed my door. And then he even cleaned up EVERYTHING when he was done. I would recommend to everyone!!"
