"I've been using these guys for the past few years as they are conveniently close to my work, and will continue to do so if I end up shifting. They are pleasant to deal with and always get the job done on time. Also very transparent about costs AND the costs are affordable which is a great win. Alyssa is very knowledgeable great at communicating the detail of work that is done and needs doing for our cars. "

"Been using these mechanics for years, as my family do, but will now go elsewhere. My husband took his car in for a service, drove in no problems, got home one day. started coughing and spluttering back smoke. Told them it wasnt like this, they kept saying it was something else. Ended up having to pay extra for something to fix the problem, could not drive car anywhere. The first problem was 6 months ago, no yesterday i took my car in for a simple pre holiday service. Nothing was wrong with it.… Now it sits lifeless in my driveway. Now they are saying it could be the starter motoer / electrical problems with alarm. My car was working fine. Im so ****ed right now! This will be my last time with them. Not happy at all."

"I went to get a WOF with them as usual since they are usually quite good however now I am not sure about their work integrity and ethics. I went in and advised them that I believe one of my headlights is out.
They failed my WOF due to Wiper Regulator excessive play/worn but not the headlights. I went back and questioned the wipers and they got extremely defensive and were not interested resolving the issue except to stand by their statement.
On the same day I went to VTNZ Westgate spoke… to a VTNZ rep about it and he disagreed that it should have failed. I then got a WOF inspection by another VTNZ rep who also passed the wipers but failed my headlights. Which I replaced on the day and successfully got my WOF from VTNZ. I then went back and they were unrepentant of their obvious dodgy call as VTNZ passed the item they had chosen to fail and made me pay for a WOF service as well as they still chose to stand by their call.

If you do go to them for anything be careful of their calls in what you need to do as they now appear to be a garage who is failing items to create jobs for themselves."
