    "Surprisingly, since having dodgy pipes, it's fair to say that perhaps the most welcome person on our doorstep recently has been our plumber, James from JayVee Plumbing. He came highly recommended by my parents, where he's sorted out a number of their plumbing issues. On both occasions we have had pipe and loo issues, he's been here when he said he would, done a grand job in good humour, and the cost is always very reasonable. Big thanks, you don't know how much you use a loo until deposits that… had once been vanquished from the house, revisit ... never a pleasant experience."
