    "Very disappointing about the service. 4 new brakes change. Noise start. Took it back. They said normal. Took it back again. They said it fixed and need new tires. Took it to auto and tyre . Don’t need new tyres. Different noises on now.
    I own a concrete company. I don’t leave my labour to do any of my work. I always with them doing it so they can learn more experience. None of my clients complain or fix a job.
    What else you do. Just move on to a honest better place. 20%out of 100% sooo sad.

    "Will never purchase or send my car into Manukau Toyota to be serviced ever again. Both my father and I purchased a Toyota Yaris each from here and by the time we took our cars in on their 3rd year for their final services, I got told I needed to have my tyres replaced because the car was "too low" and my dad was told he needed all his tyres replaced because they "failed" which is odd since my dad doesn't take his car for long distance drives and only really drives his car locally. Ridiculous - how on earth are they selling these cars to us when they supposedly have issues with their tyres? They ripped us both off because it was our final service with them and that's wrong. On top of this, I have tried to get their service team to contact me and they have not contacted me to explain their practices. They've lost some very loyal customers and I would strongly advise against buying from them."

    "Used Manukau Toyota recently to service my new-to-me 2006 Corolla. When I I booked the service, Dion answered my questions, explained alternatives and gave me a cost estimate before booking. When I dropped my car off, I was dropped off back at work by a pleasant young staff member. Dion rang me back with a couple of additional jobs that the service team had identified and got my approval for those, and also explained that the coolant change hadn\'t been done because the coolant had been tested and it wasn\'t necessary. When I collected my car, the details on the invoice were explained. The work cost less than additionally indicated, was of high standard and they even cleaned my car for me! Will be back - thanks guys!"
