    "Not happy at all with these people! Took my little Suzuki swift to get a WOF and waited all day to hear from them. I missed a call from them so called back almost immediately someone answered and said they'll be back, I was left on the line for so long that I hung up and called back. The lady at reception said DEAN would call me back because he was on a call!!! (How rude!?) However he didn't! The next morning, I called them to find out what was happening. DEAN had the NERVE to say he spoke… to me yesterday about what need to be fixed for my vehicle to pass and it would cost $650 incl. the WOF and that I gave him the go ahead!!! Absolute lies!! He never spoke to me and definitely DID NOT give me a break down on what needed fixing! I know I would never agree to something like that but he insisted he had spoken to me and then changed his story and said he spoke to SOMEONE and they gave him the go ahead. The only number I had given them was my mobile number, which I had on me all day. I put my foot down and said i would not be paying that and I'm not about to agree with him when I knew it wasn't true. He then said he'll look through the call log and find the call he made to me, he came back and said he couldn't find it and that they'll get my car back to what it was and call me when it's ready.... and hung up.
