    "Absolute COWBOYS ! Fitted new bathroom, the shower leaked badly within about a month, took me another month to get hold of them to even look at it so I couldn't use the bathroom for all that time, they then fixed the leak but left me with a roughly filled hole in the adjoining bedroom wall which eventually I paid someone else to repair because I goit fed up waiting for them to come back. They also cracked the shower lining while doing the repair and all they were prepared to do was put a bigger cover over the crack to hide it ! Would not use these guys again even if the paid me."

    "While Josh and Michael were lovely and overall the job was good there were a few issues a couple of which I have emailed Josh since the job to discuss with him but I received no reply at all from him.
    The main issue was with electrical work. The boys tried to do this themselves which they didnt really have the skills to do. We found out later that much of the electrical work was illegal and dangerous and we have had to pay an electrician to get it fixed up later or our house insurance would have been invalid had there been a fire.

    Also the finish with plastering and painting wasnt very good, once again, they should have bought in a plasterer and painter to do that part.

    However, overall the bathrooms do look good and we are happy with them. I just wish Josh had replied to my emails and come back to fix up the issues as requested.

    "one year on and I'm still waiting for the final skirting boards to be completed on my bathroom. Some of the time delay was due at my end while I waited on flooring to be done, but essentially I've been on at Josh since October. Have emailed several times and phoned. Have given up. Overall I think the communication from Josh somewhat lacking. When the initial part of the job was being done, I didnt really feel informed about how long things were going to take. I also felt that some of the work done was a bit slapdash at times, there were mistakes made, (some examples, wrong fittings on wrong showers which then meant they had to bash a hole in my hall to fix, doors painted on the wrong side, and not fitting properly, some slap happy painting) which I mostly attribute to a lack of communication. I think he did a good tiling job but if you are paying for that as an extra his chargeout rate was pretty exorbitant, at those sort of prices I would expect perfection. Overall I'm happy with my bathroom. The price was good, and I would say if you were doing up a rental, go for it, if you are doing your own home, pay a bit extra and go elsewhere."

    "This client has an outstanding account with Better Bathrooms- hence why the final skirting boards have not been done. This client was extremely difficult and there was poor communication from her end making the job very challenging. We tried our best to meet her demands however her lack of knowledge of renovating and pushy nature led to the minor problems which she has referred to here. For example the shower mixers which she says we installed incorrectly. This was due to her indecision. She initially directed us to install them one way...then changed her mind and made us change them, so rather than being installed incorrectly she miscommunicated what she wanted and we just responded to her requests. In terms of the painting she insisted we use some old paint despite our reccomendations not to use it, and thus resulted in a paint job not of our usual quality due to the poor quality of the paint. At the end of the job she asked us to do lots of extras not included in the price which we did and she never paid us for. We are pleased she is happy overall with her bathroom and know there will always be clients like this out there and this presents as an example for all businesses that no matter what you do you can't keep everyone happy!"

    "Wow- i am in love with my new bathroom. Josh and the boys did an amazing job- great finish and much more affordable than many of the quotes i received.     "Josh priced our bathroom renovation six months ago, and due to many delays on our side was patient and kept his word with his quoted price.
    After the job Josh came back to tidy up one or two things to make sure we were 100% happy with the finished product with no issue.
    We will definately be recommending Better Bathrooms to any family and friends that are in need of a bathroom renovation.
    We throughly recommend Better Bathrooms.
