    "Was quite happy after initial contact - vehicle was inspected and requirments discussed with opportunity given to save costs by taking vehicle away and doing part of work by self. Discussed problem of delivering vehicle to workshop again due to not working locally but business owner claimed no problem vehicle could be delivered outside shop hours, as he lived closeby he could come and open the w/shop to put vehicle inside. Problem arose when trying to re-book time for vehicle to be worked… on, an initial appointment was delayed by the owner because he had other vehicles in his shop and couldn't fit ours in so could we come later in the week. Then when this time came still a problem to him and also soming outside business hours a problem to him. he quickly became very un accomodating and announced that he wasn't interested in doing the work because I was complaining about being put out by him.

    Cant rate this businesses work as he refused to do it leaving me with a vehicle that was overdue for it's WOF & Rego due to waiting to be seen to by him and also with a deadline for being used on the upcoming Sunday.

    I can rate his service which has shown to be very poor    "
