"Excellent owner operated business. Have used Bruce and his team for over ten years and can highly recommend them for everything from solar installations and 12V TV systems to standard lighting and battery issues. Maintains my fleet of Ford Transit vans - they do everything from heavy trucks and machinery to motorhomes and horse floats, and also do WOFs and mechanical servicing of cars. "I dropped my car off in the morning and asked them to look at it but before they were to make any repairs were to give me a quote. I had to ring them at 3pm as did not hear from them during the day. The gentleman that answered the phone said that the car was ready. I asked if they found the problem. He said they had and they had repaired it. I stated that I was not happy as they were to quote the repairs first before doing anything. Picked up the car and told nearly 3 hours to check the fault -… a small wire costing $5, but labour costing $220 plus GST - NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE OR PRICING

"I was referred to HART by one our Classic Car customers needing our TRAMIGO T22 GPS GSM Tracking Devices installed in his vehicles.
I approached Bruce and his team to see if they would be able to do this for us..
As luck would have it, HART are experienced with similiar tracking security products, and so trialled the install on one of their own vehicles first before trying it out on customers. Thats what I did before I sold the products, which to me shows a high value to customer service,… knowing what is involved before you charge someone to do the job. As such I have made HART an Official Authroised Tramigo Installer.

The no nonsense and direct installation for a recent customers Nissan Maxima was no easy request recently, for an alarm and our Tramigo GPS GSM Tracking device to be installed together. This was done as at short notice, which was a very busy time for HART, so I recommend booking well in advance, and my customer had a couple of issues with the Alarm System which was quickly resolved to his satisfaction, and I have now learnt our product compliments the 5 Star Alarm it was installed with perfectly. This has now opened a new market I did not realise our product could do, which is when the Alarm goes off, the GPS Tracking unit sends an Alert Text to your phone so that when you are not in ear shot, at least you are alerted your car alarm is going off. The customer for the Classic Cars is next to have his 3 vehicles installed with the TRAMIGO T22 and immobilizer, and I am absolutely confident Bruce and his team are the right ones for these jobs.

MTA membership also shows that they have a high regard for workmanship and service, and I have no hesitation in sending my customers to them. I only wish they were open 24/7."
