    "Called John to discus a small kitchen refit for a dishwasher and pantry and ceiling and confirmed he could start it the following Thursday. He turned up promptly on a Sunday afternoon to go over my requirements.
    He confirmed that he was skilled enough to do it and that he could start on Tuesday and finish it on Thursday.
    As per his request I had all the electrical fittings disconnected so he could start the work.
    I missed a call from him on Monday and he sent me a text message saying that… the \"job its not really what I do so need to pass on your job\".

    Total waste of time - and now I have a bunch of unusable electrical fittings until I can get a new builder in.    "
