    "I have used Mowbray Automotive for over 5 years as my regular mechanic and have received exemplary service from initial contact to whole of job completed.
    This has included clear explanation of work to be done including costs, early messaging of maintenance jobs to expect in the next 6 - 12 month period such as brake pads, parts to be replaced ( so no surprises ), timelines that are consistently adhered to and a customer service ethic that is unparalleled.
    Prices are very reasonable and on… numerous occasions services have been rendered as 'extra touches' with no added costs. Courtesy cars are readily available so I can manage my mechanical check-ups with ease. The premise and workshop are kept in pristine condition reflecting the high calibre of workmanship delivered. I have no hesitation in recommending this business with 2 other family members now also using Mowbray Automotive as their mechanic of choice.    "

    "Please stay away from this auto shop.very less communication will provide wrong information.I am writing my experience with Mowbray Automotive, I went to this mechanic shop one month back due to my car EGR problem which was getting engine symbol on my car screen. He assured me that by cleaning EGR Valve it should go away and it is cheaper option to repair the car. I trusted on his words and given my car for repair they charged me $313.58. The EGR error came back again within a day time. when I… went to show Russel didn't give me any explanation or neither apologized for that he spoke to me as if my fault for believing their words"

    "HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT. I read the below three reviews prior to choosing Mowbray to do a brake repair job on my car on 25 August 2012 (last year) and I thought they did a good job.
    So on 16 February this year I chose them again to do a 10,000 service plus WOF on my car but when I picked up the car I noticed that my car's aftermarket plastic trim of the rear numberplate was broken in pieces and had been glued back together with powerglue!
    After a number of texts, emails, (and unanswered… calls) to get answer of why the plastic trim had been broken in pieces, Russel (the owner) accused me that I was the one who damaged it and they did a FAVOUR to me by gluing the pieces together which they claimed they had found inside the casing - total utter RUBBISH! and I had to inform MTA (Motor Trade Association) mediation of this member's behaviour to get this matter resolved.

    Russel offered out of a FAVOUR to me again to find a replacement but then later informed me that the part was no longer available (as out of production) and that he would get the broken plastic trim repaired by the Plastic Repair Company (PRC). I contacted the PRC myself in which they informed me that they had found a (secondhand) similar plastic trim. Then I contacted Russel to pay the PRC for the part and labour cost to refit the secondhand trim onto my car as I did not wish to return my car nor use the service of Mowbray anymore.

    I watched as the owner of the PRC took off the broken plastic trim (he had to rip it apart in pieces as the original double sided tapes securing it to the car were so strong) and there was no way that Mowbray had found the pieces inside the casing (could they even hear it rattling inside the casing? I don't think so) and put the trim back onto the car without doing further damage to it.

    That was to be my last experience with this company and I will never go back,    "

    "I\'ve now used these guys exclusively for the past few years (3 cars). They are honest and reliable. They always make sure I understand what\'s needed and why are very very quick. I have can\'t recommend these guys enough. They do what they\'re they say and there\'s never an issue."

    "I originally went in for a WOF and there were a couple of issues found which caused it to fail. Ewert showed me the problems and options to repair them.

    I got a couple of quotes and his price was very reasonable and was able to have the work done on a Saturday, and I could have a loan car to use in the meantime. When the work was finished , the repair had been less extensive so the price was almost halved. I appreciate the honesty and convenience of having the work done on Saturday. Highly… recommended."
