    "I will never use North Harbour Ford again for any of my vehicles and will let all my trade mates know who have Fords to stay away from these guys. Failed a WOF on a screw in tyre then immediately tried to upsell me on a new tyre and said if I don’t buy it they won’t issue a WOF. Over 100% markup on a tyre i didnt need. I took the tyre to my tyre guy who also issues WOFs and he said that’s it’s no where near the side wall as NHF said and he repaired. Took the tyre to another independent WOF shop and all 4 certified WOF guys all said the same, warrantable. Been in numerous conversations with NHF and they refuse to reimburse me. This is a blatant violation and trying to upsell customer is wrong. They picked on the wrong guy here, could of been an innocent elderly. Time to take this further. STAY AWAY FROM NORTH HARBOUR FORD"

    "I recently took my car in to be serviced at North Harbour Mazda. The staff were very helpful and super friendly, they were able to fit me in quickly, provide me with a loan car, and talk me through any extra work that was needed on my car before doing so. With a spacious and tidy customer lounge area, I was very comfortable and relaxed when taking my car in. I usually dread taking my car in for servicing as I can sometimes be taken advantage of due to the very little knowledge I have about cars. However, the service advisors were kind and talked me through every detail and I will definitely be going back for my next service."

    "Will never take my car there again. Left my car with them for a faulty part recall. While it was with them $1600 worth of damage was done to the front of the car. They refused to accept that the damage was done whilst in their care. MTA did nothing."

    "I took a Mazda 6 2013 Limitted sedan car for a test drive as I wanted to test the car as I was going purchase this vehicle. I was out about an hour when keith from north harbour ford and mazda tried to call me. I was out of service as I was testing the car out in the country. Half an hour later I see keith had tried to call me 10 times so I call him and say im out in the country testing the car. He said "you have been ages this happens alot in the motor industry next step was phoning the police" I thought this was ridiculous I sighned this guys agreement and he had photocopyed my license did he really think I would steal the car? So I get back to north harbour ford and mazda and drop the keys to keith when he said to me " that was really out of order your lucky I didn't get the cops on your ass" I would never deal with north harbour ford and mazda or Keith terrible experience I was interested but this guy completely put me off buying a car he was rude and arrogant and doesn't listen to his customers at all."

    "I had a problem with a leak in my vehicle caused by the air conditioning.

    North harbour ford and maxa seemed very expensive, and didn\'t actually fix the problem. the vehicle started leaking again the moment they gave it back to me! so i\'m not sure if they even tested to check if the problem was fixed before they gave the vehicle back to me.

    North harbour ford mazda did offer me a discount on the next visit for them to try and fix the problem again, by way of compensation. they wouldn\'t indicate how much discount they would give.

    I didn\'t bother to take the vehicle back to them, I took the vehicle to another mechanic recommended on this website. This mechanic was very helpful and disputed details which I was told by north harbor ford mazda.....

    "We took our ford focus there for a cambelt job as well as asking to change a tensioner and pulley on the fan belt side (just the belt had been changed previously). When we got the car back, it was noisey. we went back numberous times and eventually just gave up going back. Then 10,000kms later, the car started rattling. Returned the car to find the tensioner was worn. hold on a sec - we asked for it to be replaced the first time around. Nope, they didnt change it and charged us entirely for the job. after MTA got involved, they offered to reimburse labour charges - this was on the 21 June 2011, today the 11th of July, im still waiting and dont think im ever going to get a refund. Looks like court might be the only way to go...very disapointing"
