REFERENCE FOR A.T.D BUILDERS LTD & BRIAN MOORE
A.T.D. Builders Ltd with its Director, Brian Moore have successfully completed two building & renovation projects for me:
Some of the work required hard heavy effort, in which Brian led by example. Other of the works required extensive maintenance to an old house, and internal renovation of a home unit to a high standard.
Both jobs involved multiple trades and were attended to by ATD in… co-ordination of other trades needs, and attention to the completion of other trades work completed efficiently, with good planning and management of men and resources. There was a minimum of lost time on the job.
Based on the ‘attention to detail’ approach that Brian operates to, was demonstrated with good on-going liaison with myself as the client, suggestions as to options, some of which were incorporated in the solutions; carpentry and building services I have received, tradesmen co-ordinated, material supply organised, & Brian’s management of the works. I have no reservations in recommending Brian Moore and his company’s building services.
I have found Brian to be reliable, methodical, reflective and personable, honest & punctual,in respect of his personal ethos. As a Registered Building Practitioner Brian is skilled, experienced and knowledgeable. He is well set up with tools and equipment to take on almost any job.
