    "Went in and ordered some flue parts to be made. Told to come back in a couple of days. Went back & nothing had been done. Explained i was needing the parts 4 the weekend & told another couple of days. Went back to be told still nothing had been done & its friday. Explainned that all the parts could be ordered from Plumbing world, but was told that they should have it done today & will give me a call for pick up. No call went back in 4pm friday & same old answer. So now i… have no parts to install over the weekend. They had the cheek to say.\"we can order it in for you as well\"
